Eligible Children:
1. Children in Foster Care
2. Families whose income is at or below the federal poverty level
3. Families who receive money through SSI or SSDI
4. Families who are in programs such as SNAP or TANF
5. Families that are experiencing homelessness
Requirements:
1. Children 3-5 years of age
2. Child’s Birth Certificate
3. Proof of Income
4. Medicaid/Insurance Card
5. Immunization Records
6. Copy of a Recent Physical
7. Copy of a Recent Dental Exam

2.  School and Kindergarten Readiness 
3. Free Nutritious Meals
